What is a custom vinyl dance floor wrap?

A custom vinyl dance floor wrap is a high-quality printed vinyl graphic installed over an existing smooth dance floor. It is designed for weddings and events to personalize the space with monograms, names, logos, patterns, or custom artwork.

What types of events do you offer dance floor wraps for?

We provide custom vinyl dance floor wraps for weddings, receptions, corporate events, birthdays, engagements, quinceañeras, galas, and private parties.

Do you provide the dance floor itself?

No. Our vinyl wraps are installed over an existing dance floor provided by the venue or rental company. The surface must be smooth, clean, and suitable for vinyl application.

What floor surfaces are compatible with vinyl wraps?

Vinyl wraps work best on smooth, flat dance floors such as wood, laminate, or acrylic panels. We do not install on carpet, uneven surfaces, grass, concrete, or textured flooring.

How does the design process work?

After booking, we create a digital proof based on your selected design, colors, and event details. You will receive the proof for review and approval before printing.

Can I request revisions to my design?

Yes. Revisions are allowed before final approval. Revisions must be requested clearly and promptly.

What happens once I approve the proof?

Once the design proof is approved, it is sent to production immediately.
No changes, edits, refunds, or redesigns are allowed after proof approval. This includes spelling, dates, colors, layout, or sizing.

Am I responsible for checking spelling and details?

Yes. Clients are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all text, names, dates, and design details before approval. We are not responsible for errors after approval.

Who installs the vinyl wrap?

Our professional team installs and removes the vinyl wrap on the event day or as scheduled with the venue.

How long does installation take?

Installation time depends on floor size and venue access, but typically ranges from 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Does the vinyl damage the dance floor?

No. When installed and removed correctly, our vinyl does not damage approved dance floor surfaces.

Can the wrap be reused?

No. Custom vinyl wraps are single-use products and cannot be reused after removal.

Is the vinyl dance floor wrap slippery?

Our vinyl is designed for event use, but like any dance floor, it can become slippery under certain conditions.

What happens if water or liquids get on the wrap?

If water, spilled drinks, condensation, fog effects, or moisture accumulate on the vinyl, the surface can become slippery. This is normal and unavoidable.

How can slip risk be reduced?

We strongly recommend:

  • Keeping drinks off the dance floor

  • Avoiding fog machines or excessive moisture

  • Promptly wiping spills

  • Informing guests to wear appropriate footwear

Are you responsible for slips, falls, or injuries?

No. Artistry Floors is not liable for slips, falls, injuries, or accidents resulting from water, spills, condensation, footwear, dancing style, or guest behavior. By booking, the client accepts full responsibility for guest safety.

How much does a custom vinyl dance floor wrap cost?

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance must be paid before printing and installation, no later than the agreed deadline.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods listed on your invoice.

Are payments refundable?

No. All payments are non-refundable, including deposits, once production begins.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are allowed only before proof approval. Deposits are non-refundable.

Can I change my event date?

Date changes are subject to availability and may require additional fees. No changes are allowed after printing.

What if the venue changes?

You must notify us immediately. New venues must meet installation requirements. Additional travel or access fees may apply.

Do you coordinate with my venue?

We can coordinate access times, but the client is responsible for confirming venue approval, power access (if needed), and installation windows.

What if the venue denies installation on the day of the event?

If installation is denied due to venue rules, surface issues, or access problems, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

Do you require venue approval?

Yes. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue allows vinyl dance floor wraps.
